About Us

Our Journey

My grandfather started Jackson Ranch back in the 1950s. For the remainder of his life, he operated the ranch as a cow-calf operation. After he passed, I (Brian) took the ranch over alongside my Grandmother.

As the prices for cattle continued to decline, we decided to change course and start offering our grass-fed beef to our own community, selling beef products directly from the ranch. Today, we provide our customers with delicious all-natural beef products, better than anything you could find in a grocery store.

We believe the quality of our beef is all in the methods we use to raise our animals. Our number one goal is to provide our cattle with a good and healthy life. Our herd is never in an enclosure. They live their lives on pasture with room to graze and live low-stress lives.

We also don’t use any added hormones, antibiotics, or vaccines. We're able to do this because the life these cattle live is so healthy and natural, they don’t need additives to help them stay healthy. We just let nature do its work!

We’re proud to have kept this ranch operational throughout all the years. Despite economic changes over the past 20 years, our ranch has remained resilient. We invite you to join us in our goal of growing the local food movement, and helping keep local farmers and ranchers in business by providing healthy, naturally raised products to our local community!
